The following risk indicators 3 to 6 and the accompanying texts are made for doctors.

Risk indicator 3 predicts the chance of  a positive sextant biopsy in a man who was never screened.

Risk indicator 4 predicts the chance of a positive sextant biopsy in a man who had a PSA <4.0 ng/mL and no biopsy at a previous screen.

Risk indicator 5 predicts the chance of a positive sextant biopsy in a man who had a PSA >= 3.0 ng/ml and had a prior negative biopsy at a previous screen.

Risk indicator 6  calculates the chance of having indolent prostate cancer which may not require immediate treatment.
